Now servicing sunny QLD

Now Servicing Sunny Queensland

Published on August 8, 2018

Accommodation and Care Solutions have gone from strength to strength as the NDIS has opened the doors to real client choice and closed the door on underperforming providers.  As providers, we have to be the very best of the best because if our clients aren’t happy they have the freedom to move with ease.  This is exactly how it should be, as it is in every service industry.  People like quality, continuity, transparency and genuine understanding from a provider. Similar to all other aspects of life, people have the freedom to change if they are not getting the service they need, in the way they want it and that is why we eclipse our competitors.

Many companies panicked at the prospect of clients becoming real customers, some even closed their doors. For the team at ACARES, committed to the belief that we are one of the best providers and employers, we steadfastly stayed put. Safe in the knowledge that we already transcend the industry standard in the services that people receive, and taking exceptional care of the staff that support them. So, quietly confident in our reputation and performance, we retained our existing clients and gained a whole heap of new clients along the way.

Accommodation and Care Solutions has grown exponentially. In the most positive way we have been unwavering in our ability to deliver exceptional customer service and have grown across all of Victoria and then organically and seamlessly moved into New South Wales.

Hello Eternal Sunshine

And now here we are, in sunny Queensland. The second largest state. A state blessed with year round sunshine, home to over 5,000,000 people. Host to 5 of Australia’s 11 World Heritage Areas and now home to one of the best care providers in the country.

With the rollout of NDIS, we are showing other providers how it’s done and as industry leaders we are able to share our knowledge with a vast range of professionals.  We showcased ourselves at this weekends exhibition at the Gold Coast and have a ton of interested parties waiting to hear more about how we can help change the face of supports for NDIS participants in QLD.
